How is it November already? I’ve missed most of my goals for this last quarter of the year and there really isn’t much I can do about that now, as before you know it’ll be Christmas and New Year. Saying that though it’s been an epic year for me and Hello Peagreen, with winning the Best Written Blog at the Amara Interior Blog Awards and a Top 5 placing in the Designhounds 2019 interiors influencers. I’m so over the moon for the recognition that these awards bring which I wrote about here. Which is why this month my Instagram inspiration for November is from the Amara Interior Blog Awards. From the winners to the shortlisted bloggers there is a wealth of visually interesting interiors related feeds to take a look at. If you want to take a look at previous Instagram accounts I’ve thought inspiring take a look here.
If you love a bit of an edgy industrial/warehouse vibe take a look at Warehouse Home who won Best Company Blog at the Amara Interior Blog Awards. I love this pivot door so much, shame it wouldn’t work in a Victorian Terrace house though. Their feed is peppered with gorgeous industrial buildings and wonderful examples of warehouse living.
In complete contrast, Tamsyn Morgans of The Villa on Mount Pleasant who won the Best Photography category creates the most amazing floral filled vignettes. Her seasonal home and impressive floral styled props set a whimsical, magical air.
April and May have that cool Scandi palette perfected on their Instagram feed. They won Best International Design Inspiration at the Amara’s.
Shortlisted in the category of Best Interior Lifestyle there was House of Hawkes, Fabric of my Life and We Love Home. It was won by Alex Stedman of The Frugality, who also walked away with the Bloggers Choice award as well.
Best Colour Inspiration is courtesy of Karen from Well I Guess this is Growing Up, who won the UK category. Her colourful choices aren’t just limited to her living room and that rather fabulous wallpaper from The Loft and Us. Also nominated for the Colour Inspiration award were Lucy Loves Ya, Pencil Shavings Studio, The Decorologist and Graphic Fantastique
In my category Best Written Blog there are some wonderful Instagrammers, Gold is a Neutral, The Ordinary Lovely, Come down to the woods and Apartment Number 4. These guys have lots of seasonal inspiration for November which I really love.
I hope this Instagram inspiration for November from the Amara lands straight to your inbox and bring you some make you smile joy. If you’d like to receive my weekly newsletter you can sign up here. And don’t forget to take a look at Amara’s own feed too!
