Instagram Foodies to follow guide in 2015

I’ve
pledged over the next couple of weeks to give a shout out to people I follow on
Instagram and think are worth following. It’s all very subjective as one mans
trash is another mans treasure. I didn’t know that whilst I’ve been living in
my instagram bubble that the sites following has been growing and growing with Instagram
now having more than 300 million active users.

Instagram
is however a foodie heaven and you can’t fail to notice
that pretty much everyone is posting pictures of their food. Whether they’ve
cooked it themselves or they’re eating out, food is a top share on instagram
and far more interesting than selfies in my own opinion. You’ll notice that I’m
generally interested in colour and texture and therefore do not discriminate on
whether these folks are home cooks, professional photographers or just enjoying
a great meal out.  So
here goes, these are the Foodies that I think are worth a follow and make me
salivate early in the morning.

Adam
Goldberg’s alifewortheating http://instagram.com/alifewortheating has a huge following and an even bigger love of
food. He catalogues the dishes he consumes and also posts the amazing views he sees
between meals.

Teri Lyn Fischer and Jenny Park have the most delicious looking and
gorgeously composed food pictures.

Theboywhobakes http://instagram.com/theboywhobakes/
is Edd Kimber’s instagram feed and it’s full of pastries, cakes and sticky buns.
He’s a baking whizz and it makes me want
sweet things immediately.

I LOVE the pictures of Joann Pai via her instagram account
SliceofPai http://instagram.com/sliceofpai she’s a
photographer and food stylist and her account is unmissable.

This
heavenly London-based food and travel photographer
isn’t a prolific poster but when he does the composition and textures are
dreamy. MowieKay http://instagram.com/mowiekay

London-based
Giulia takes colourfully composed photos of her foodie travels http://instagram.com/mondomulia and also writes a brilliant blog Mondomulia.

Another London based instagrammer Sarka Babicka has gorgeous photographs full of texture, colour and zen compositions. http://instagram.com/sarkababicka

As
is Gothenburg food stylist dagmars

the light in her pictures is captivating.

by no means exhaustive as I plan on sharing more over the coming months. If

Now if I could just find a way to filter/sort my feed I’d be in heaven a
few more times in the day.
