Inspiration or plain lust {A burst of Liberty }

Whilst out shopping at the weekend I had a very quick mooch around
Liberty. It never fails to inspire me or at the very least cheer me up. The
quickest way to achieve this is with a Pink Lemonade in the Liberty Café –
lovely. Added to this on Saturday were their wonderful sharing boards; the
carnivore & the cheese-ivore where I promptly ate too much quince jelly.

I’m always guaranteed to lust after something in Liberty. Below are couple of pics of things that caught my eye in the interiors department – apologies for the low quality photo’s.  Would anything here have grabbed your fancy?

I really like the new House of Hackney department although gutted it
replaces Svenskt Tenn. HofH have beautifully off-kilter prints and more than a
nod to Victoriana
(below).

I’m lusting after this desk for my (wishful thinking) new office when my current one becomes a bedroom. Really like these deposit boxes to create a little vignette on a shelf or table.

Regent Street is festooned with flags (in honour of the olympics) and in Liberty there are lots of patriotic inspiration on cushions.

Always on the look out for interesting wall finishes or as in this case great things for walls.
