Normally at this time of year we are just coming back from holidays. This year my inability to travel far has kept us home, although I did have fun in the sun for a week in May. I had hoped we’d be able to make a dash to Paris at least before our little one arrives but that hasn’t been possible. To get my French fix though I have been tuning in regularly to the Tour de France. My DH is a cycling fan and in fact his bike is very much a statement in our house (its not “allowed” to live outside). He even tried to persuade me to a bike concept for our nursery…. to be fair I’ve seen some great art pieces that could have been incorporated.
It can be tricky finding a sensible bike hook to be used in your interior. I came across these 3 recently that are definitely practical but also stylish. Proving that storage of bikes is possible inside. In an ideal world my hubby would like a whole room dedicated to his bike(s) where he could serviceElevate Bike Rack in Walnut by ElevateWoodworks
them and tinker too.
The Cycloc bike storage above, comes in several colours and reasonable price point too

It’s been great to see that cycling is on the up. The media at last seems to realize it's sport that GB does well in whether it's Team Sky and the racers at the Tour de France or in anticipation of the Olympics.
My DH been busy with the Bradley Wiggins X Fred Perry Collaboration that is now available online and marks the start of a 6 season collaboration with the Olympic cyclist and mod enthusiast. He also happens to be the current Tour de France leader - go Wiggo!
